HANNAH OLAGUNJU

I’m Hannah Olagunju, a Business Central and Business Systems professional based in London.

My background combines data analytics, ERP support, business process improvement and Microsoft business applications. I work with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel and SharePoint to help teams improve the way they manage data, workflows and decisions.

I enjoy working between business users and technical teams. I understand how frustrating systems can feel when processes are unclear, data is messy or users do not know where to start. My strength is breaking down technical problems into practical steps that business users can understand and apply.

My experience includes supporting Business Central users, improving reporting processes, building Power BI dashboards, helping with data cleaning, working on automation ideas and creating user-friendly documentation.

I am especially interested in ERP, reporting, automation, business systems and how Microsoft tools can help organisations reduce manual work and make better decisions.
